It's Not over ( Again )
I'm reviving this blog. MANY people have been telling me to update it but i was plain lazy.
I shall Recount on the Past week.
Went with hwee peng to watch golden compass on monday. The popcorn was like ginormous and we couldn't finish , only like sort of finished the top 30% or slightly more. The movie wasn't really that Great. The CG is okay la but the show was pretty messed up. I think it's supposed to follow the book but many scenes were cut off . Well , as adriel says , its just another harry potter.
Then went with Adriel , Edwin , Jianli , Lijie , Poh to serangoon garden to eat chomp chomp. Yum Yum. But the food quite little even though we spent like 60 bucks there. Money management man. Money management.
Then we hiked back to my house , or rather , walked like 3km or so. From Serangoon Gardens to my house. Cause the bloody taxi uncle scared to take 5 person , scared the mata lia .But it was quite an interesting experience.
Tuesday. I forgot what happened on tuesday . Guess nothing much really happened. Oh ya , adriel and the guys stayed over at my place the day before , they left at around 7 in the morning.
Wednesday was work work day. Kids these days are getting fatter. Must be their parents.
Giving me a hard time picking them up.
Thursday Was Slack day , or was it? is it ah i can't remember. Oh man i have a short term memory. Oh ya got the PAE results. I kena SR. But i'll probably go for orientation and pon school after that.
Friday was work work day too. Work ended late but was jioed to eat dinner. Had dinner at manhattan's fish something at Plaza Sing. The food was above average , well worth the wait . And it was exceptionally filling , to the extent that everyone was grabbing their stomachs after dinner.
Saturday was David's birthday , which is today , or rather , was today 2 hours ago.
Went to meet up with tim in the afternoon and went to buy present. Kevin mentioned some perfume brands as we were not very sure what to buy. Ending up buying a polo ralph explorer men's cologne . But we went to eat at a shitty pizza place before that. That place was really shitty man. They didn't even serve water , and when questioned , they DON'T serve water. Can't they freaking just fill up some cups with tap water and put ice in them? i Don't get it. This doesn't make any sense at all.
But well , the barbecue was interesting. Kevin was suanning David's cousin or something about how she pronounced monopoly , cause she said monopony. Her reaction was hilarious . She took some monopoly object and threw it supposedly at david but ended up at jarvis. After that everyone was recounting their NS experiences and suddenly the main topic of discussion became NS life. All the way till dinner was still NS life. Then David's uncle spoke to us about Alcohol as we were all drinking . Interesting to hear his talk. Hes quite knowledgeable on that topic . Then after the cut cake session we were back to drinking and eating and talking. Then david's uncle came back to talk to us more , but this time about business and life and related. He seems very experienced and his talk was quite a learning session.
Then the talk ended at 11.30 and we all decided to go home .
And 2 hours later, i decided to revive my blog. =)
